Robert serves as the CEO of VistaCoders. Before coming to VistaCoders, Robert has led a personal/professional development firm specializing in experiential leadership training and coaching. With over 15 years in the personal development industry and more than two decades of experience in various organizational leadership roles, Robert brings invaluable insights to the forefront. A proud resident of the Reno-Tahoe area for the past decade, he is deeply connected to the Sierra Nevada region. Robert’s vibrant personality shines through his love for the outdoors, encompassing interests in hiking, biking, winter sports, and photography. When not immersed in work, he can be found enjoying the great outdoors with his wife Lisa, friends, and his loyal blue-eyed Aussie, Killian. Robert, an alumnus of UNR, holds an Associate in Business & Marketing. He has completed formal ICF-sanctioned professional coach training, earning certifications as an NLP Master Practitioner and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Guided by the Kaizen philosophy of constant improvement, Robert is enthusiastic about applying his extensive skills to impactful endeavors, particularly those related to technology.
